Job Summary: Cutting and Creasing Operator with experience in automatic machines, responsible for reading production programs, preparing tooling, performing setups, and operating the machine to ensure product quality and equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Experience operating automatic cutting, creasing, and flat embossing machines 2. Preparation and adjustment of tooling for cutting, creasing, and embossing 3. Performing machine setups, parameter configuration, and operation Cutting and Creasing Operator Must have operational experience with automatic cutting, creasing, and flat embossing machines. **Desirable:** Technical course in mechanics and/or electronics Must have completed high school. Responsibilities Reading production programming and quality specifications (Job Bags); Transporting raw materials; loading/unloading products from the machine; **Preparation and adjustment of tooling:** installing, registering, and shimming cutting and creasing blades and embossing dies; Performing setups, preparing cutting sheets, configuring parameters, and operating the machine; Synchronizing and reading Power Register, monitoring process parameters; Ensuring product quality (identifying and segregating quality deviations) and maintaining equipment and tooling; Lubricating the machine, cleaning and organizing the work area (5S\+S); Ensuring personal safety and that of colleagues.
