Job Summary:
The Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for the administration and monitoring of servers, networks, and systems, as well as managing Microsoft and Office 365 services, with a focus on supporting virtualized environments and customer support.

**As an Infrastructure Analyst, your responsibilities will include:**
Assisting in server administration; configuring and maintaining Windows Server and Linux servers in Hyper-V virtualized environments;
Monitoring networks, services, and systems;
Managing Microsoft services including AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO, scripts, and others;
Configuring networks (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN), with knowledge of TCP/IP protocol and VLAN, VPN, and WiFi configurations;
Mapping and documenting server infrastructure and network topology;
Administering the Office 365 environment;
Administering and monitoring backup systems;
Installing software in virtualized environments and providing remote and on-site support;
Conducting training and guiding customers on the use of virtualized systems.
**Minimum Requirements to Participate in the Selection Process:**
Technical, technological, or undergraduate degree — currently enrolled or completed — in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields;
Availability for travel.
