Join our ZF team! **What is expected from your role as Senior Controller Analyst (Product Controlling):** * Act as a business partner to internal customers and stakeholders in activities related to decision-making, using calculations and performance indicators; * Support product profitability processes by identifying potential deviations based on analysis of material cost variances (volume effect, mix, exchange rate, and price), production costs (analysis of fixed and variable costs per production activity); * Conduct feasibility studies for Make-or-Buy projects, continuous improvement, and Cost Engineering; * Lead and control capital investment (Capex) processes: approvals, monitoring, and documentation; * Prepare and analyze quotations, ensuring assumptions and consistency of cost structures (validation of base costing for customer quotations); * Perform intercompany quotation and analysis (transfer pricing); * Propose improvements to controls, routines, and reports, ensuring traceability and data quality; **Your profile as Senior Controller Analyst (Product Controlling):** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Experience in Controlling/Finance; * SAP FI/CO knowledge preferred; * Analytical, organized profile with strong sense of priority, good communication skills, and autonomy to manage demands; * Willingness to work in a hybrid model at the Sorocaba/SP plant. **Why choose ZF?** * Medical insurance; * On-site meals; * Transportation allowance; * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub (Gymnpass); * Pharmacy discount program; * Extended maternity and paternity leave.
