Opportunity for professional growth in technology and innovation **Job: Copy Machine Operator II \|Emerson (Sorocaba) / Ricoh Brasil** **Location: Avenida Hollingsworth, 325 \- Iporanga \- SOROCABA/SP** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 **Employment Type: CLT** ### **Job Mission** Ensure the availability and optimal operation of multifunction printers installed at customer sites by conducting periodic inspections, replenishing supplies, and providing basic user support—ensuring excellence in the Ricoh product and service experience. * **️** **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct periodic inspections to verify equipment functionality and condition; * Replenish paper and toner to keep machines continuously operational; * Perform external cleaning and maintenance of equipment; * Provide basic user support for questions regarding printing, copying, and scanning; * Accurately record and track service requests and technical incidents with agility and organization; * Escalate to specialized technical support when necessary, ensuring adherence to response time commitments; * Interact with courtesy and professionalism to strengthen the relationship between Ricoh and the customer. ### **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills, collaborative attitude, and willingness to learn; * Proactive, dedicated, and responsible profile; * Interest in professional growth within Ricoh Brasil ### **Why Join Ricoh?** Here, we believe that **technology and people advance together**.
