Professional growth within a technology and innovation company. **Position: Copy Machine Operator II \|Emerson (Sorocaba) / Ricoh Brasil** **Location: Avenida Hollingsworth, 325 \- Iporanga \- SOROCABA/SP** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 **Employment Type: CLT** ### **Job Mission** Ensure the availability and optimal operation of multifunctional printers installed at client sites by conducting periodic inspections, supplying consumables, and providing basic user support—guaranteeing excellence in the Ricoh product and service experience. * **️** **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct periodic inspections to verify equipment functionality and condition; * Restock paper and toner to maintain continuous machine operation; * Perform external cleaning and maintenance of equipment; * Provide basic user support for printing, copying, and scanning inquiries; * Accurately record and track service requests and technical incidents with agility and organization; * Escalate to specialized technical support when necessary, ensuring adherence to response timelines; * Act with courtesy and professionalism, reinforcing the relationship between Ricoh and the customer. ### **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills, collaborative attitude, and willingness to learn; * Proactive, dedicated, and responsible profile; * Interest in professional growth within Ricoh Brasil. ### **Why Join Ricoh?** Here, we believe that **technology and people advance together**.
