Provide technical assistance, supporting post-construction activities and documenting improvements **Responsibilities** * Analyze and coordinate projects to ensure technical compliance and readiness for execution * Support planning with schedules, quantity takeoffs, budgets, and risk management * Monitor the physical\-financial progress of construction, controlling costs, productivity, and key performance indicators * Support construction execution, ensuring adherence to project specifications, problem resolution, and coordination with internal teams and suppliers * Provide technical assistance, handling post\-construction service requests, inspections, and corrective actions, interfacing with clients and documenting improvements for future projects **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering * Proven experience in this role * Advanced Excel skills and ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project * Driver's License Category B Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM \| Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Work Location: Sorocaba \| Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **Interested candidates should send resumes to: curriculo.pgradvisor@gmail.com** Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting at R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Mode: On-site
