Organization and attention to detail **Position: Infrastructure Technical Assistant – Sorocaba/SP** **Location:** Sorocaba/SP **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Schedule:** Business hours **About the Position:** Field-based role focused on supporting the deployment, maintenance, and organization of network infrastructure, ensuring installation quality and compliance with the company's established technical standards. **️ Main Responsibilities:** * Support installation and maintenance of **physical servers and racks** * Assist in assembling and organizing **IT infrastructure (racks, UPS units, patch panels, and network devices)** * Perform installation and maintenance of **access control systems (turnstiles, controllers, biometric readers, and cards)** * Support basic server configuration (user creation, permissions, and simple services) * Execute structured cabling installation and organization for system integration * Assist in installing access control software and systems on server environments * Conduct functionality tests and validation of installed equipment * Support troubleshooting and resolution of issues in servers and access systems * Complete technical reports and field service records * Ensure compliance with safety regulations during installations **✅ Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Experience with **IT infrastructure installation and maintenance** * Hands-on experience with **structured cabling** * Basic knowledge of **servers (Windows Server or similar)** * Networking fundamentals (IP addressing, connectivity) * Experience or exposure to **access control systems** * Availability for field work * Residency in Sorocaba/SP * **Desirable Qualifications:** * Valid Category B driver's license * Technical course in Networks, IT, or related fields * Basic knowledge of **Active Directory** * Experience installing **CCTV integrated with access control** * Basic electrical knowledge **Compensation and Benefits:** Salary: **R$ 2\.175,00** \+ Benefits **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail * Proactivity and willingness to learn * Teamwork * Responsibility toward deadlines and delivery quality * Strong communication skills for field operations Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Personal vehicle
