Reporting to the Lab Manager, the Hardware Engineer III role involves... Key daily responsibilities: * Independently develop hardware, integration, and/or dedicated expert system projects of varying complexity according to defined technical requirements, propose technological alternatives, generate associated documentation, and deliver within established project timelines and budgets. * Independently implement, test, and maintain commercialized solutions, produce documentation, and perform hardware and software modifications\/enhancements to ensure solution delivery within established timelines and budgets. * Research and select the most suitable components for upcoming projects, considering cost, procurement ease, service life, technological characteristics, and other relevant factors. * Interact with internal project partners and customer representatives during the development of solution add-ons, gathering information and\/or providing required technical support. * Provide technical support to other company departments as needed in areas including hardware, software, hardware\/software integration, and dedicated expert systems, supporting the creation of hardware solutions. * Define, recommend, and\/or apply hardware quality-related techniques and methodologies to drive continuous improvement. * Act as a knowledge multiplier by providing technical support to peers. * Perform other related or inherent duties associated with your work process. Required Experience to Join Our Team: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another engineering discipline. * Proficiency in X86 architecture. * Proficiency in electrical and electronic circuit design and conception. * Proficiency in analog, digital, and RF electronics. * Proficiency in legislation and technical requirements for electro-electronic products and\/or equipment. * Knowledge of electronics, robotics, or automation. * DFA (Design For Assembly), DFM (Design For Manufacturing), DFT (Design For Testability), and DFSS (Design For Six Sigma). * Documentation, requirement elicitation, and specification methodologies. * Microcomputer applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio). * High- and low-volume production and SMT assembly. * Software programming (C, C\+\+, and other technologies). * PCB layout design and drafting. * Logistics distribution and power generation routines. * Project management methodologies (PMBOK). * Alternative energy generation technologies (e.g., solar and wind). * Electrical energy measurement and maintenance technologies. Desirable Qualifications: * Experience in robotics, industrial automation, or embedded systems. * Experience in electro-electronic product certification. * Familiarity with circuit simulators (e.g., SPICE, Proteus, Altium Designer, KiCad). * Experience in compliance and EMC\/EMI testing. * Technical English (for reading and writing documentation).
