Become a Sympler! **What will your day-to-day look like as a Senior Data Scientist here?** * Develop and implement Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms to solve complex business problems. * Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to build innovative solutions. * Participate in AI/ML initiatives—from ideation through deployment. * Collaborate effectively with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Business teams to ensure project integration and alignment with company goals. * Conduct data analysis and modeling to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. **What do you need to join our Data team?** * Experience with Machine Learning algorithms. * Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP). * Experience with model monitoring. * Proficiency in Python programming, with experience in relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). * Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying. * Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across various stakeholders (data engineering, analytics, business). * Ability to solve complex problems. * Experience with AWS for developing and deploying Machine Learning models. **Work model**: Hybrid (BH/SP) or remote for other states **Sympla prioritizes diversity and plurality.** We believe a diverse team is essential for innovation and success.
