Provide guidance to the multidisciplinary team **Open Position – Pharmacist \| UPA Vetor Oeste – Jundiaí/SP** HSBJ has an open position for a **Pharmacist** at UPA Vetor Oeste in Jundiaí/SP. **Requirements:** * Availability for immediate start * Preference for candidates residing in the following neighborhoods: Residencial Jundiaí I and II, Almerinda Chaves, Fazenda Grande, Novo Horizonte, and Jardim Tulipas (considered a plus) * Hospital experience is a plus **Compensation and Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Hazardous work allowance **Work Schedule:** * 12x36 shift system (day shifts) * 3 days off per month **Work Location:** UPA Vetor Oeste – Jundiaí/SP **Main Responsibilities (Pharmacist’s daily routine at UPA):** * Dispense medications according to medical prescriptions * Manage inventory, storage, and expiration dates of medications and supplies * Ensure compliance with health regulations and pharmaceutical good practices * Provide guidance to the multidisciplinary team on proper medication use * Participate in the control of specially controlled medications * Monitor and record medication entries and exits in the system * Support emergency demands of the unit **Apply now and join a team committed to excellence in healthcare!** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$3\.800,00 \- R$3\.809,00 per month Benefits: * Childcare allowance * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
