Job Summary: This professional will serve as the primary technological support for the office, focusing on the implementation, monitoring, and control of management and collaboration tools to ensure efficient and secure digital platforms. Support for digital workflows and internal training A specialized consulting firm in architecture, engineering, and operations for arenas, stadiums, and major sporting events — with international experience on projects for FIFA, CONMEBOL, and other global entities — is seeking to hire an **IT Analyst (Information Technology)**. **Responsibilities** This professional will serve as the main technological support point for the office, focusing on the implementation, monitoring, and control of management and collaboration tools (primarily Microsoft Teams within the 365 environment). They will be responsible for ensuring that digital platforms are used efficiently and securely, becoming the company’s internal “IT hub” between employees and internal systems. **Responsibilities** * Implement / administer integrated Microsoft 365 tools. * Standardize processes for usage, storage, and sharing of files and information. * Monitor tool usage, propose improvements and new integrations (e.g., Planner, OneDrive, Forms, etc.). * Serve as the primary point of basic technical support for the team (hardware, software, and connectivity). * Support structuring of digital workflows / management dashboards (in Power BI or Excel 365). * Manage access rights, permissions, and data security across company platforms. * Create user manuals and conduct short internal training sessions. **Requirements** . Education: Currently enrolled in or graduated from a program in Information Technology, Administration with IT emphasis, or related fields. . Basic knowledge of networking, information security, and end-user support. . Interest in working in a multidisciplinary environment integrating architecture, engineering, and technology. . Knowledge of Power Automate, Power BI / Trello / Monday / Asana. (preferred) . Experience in project-based, consulting, architecture, or engineering environments. (preferred) **GENERAL EMPLOYMENT TERMS** * Work location: Pinheiros – São Paulo / SP * Hybrid model — 4 days onsite / 1 day remote * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility * Contract type: PJ (individual contractor) — invoices issued monthly for work performed during the year + paid vacation * Transportation allowance or parking + meal voucher * Salary to be discussed during interview.
