Description

Perform logistics activities related to receiving, shipping, transportation, storage, and organization of documents and archival boxes, ensuring compliance with deadlines and operational standards. Contribute to the smooth operation of the GED production flow and meet customer demands, with a focus on agility, control, and quality. ***Inclusive vacancies for certified PCDs.*** Responsibilities and duties * Perform control, planning, and monitoring of the department’s logistics activities; * Receive, sort, ship, and physically store boxes and documents; * Conduct internal or external document searches and transportation as required by operational or contractual requests; * Respond to customer requests courteously and with a focus on resolving their needs; * Update production and logistics operational spreadsheets and controls; * Support the GED production workflow when necessary; * Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment; * Support other departmental needs when required; * Follow internal procedures and the company’s Code of Ethics.
