Job Summary: A professional responsible for executing and supporting Training and Development initiatives—from needs assessment through training organization and delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Execution and support of Training and Development initiatives 2. Partnership with leadership to ensure effectiveness of development actions 3. Monitoring of T&D indicators and continuous improvement The role involves executing and supporting the organization’s Training and Development initiatives—contributing to needs assessment, training organization and delivery, as well as monitoring area-specific indicators. The professional collaborates with leadership and the T&D team to ensure the effectiveness of development actions and continuous improvement of employee competencies. Training Delivery: * Organize and deliver in-person and online trainings * Support facilitation of capacity-building programs * Ensure logistics, materials, and communication for trainings Needs Assessment (NA): * Support identification of training needs across departments * Consolidate information and assist in developing development plans Support for Development Programs: * Support onboarding, technical, and behavioral training programs * Assist internal communication of T&D initiatives * Provide participant support during trainings Indicator Management: * Monitor departmental indicators (participation, satisfaction, effectiveness) * Support implementation of training evaluations * Update reports and dashboards Platform and Content Management: * Populate and update content in LMS * Support creation and review of training materials * Organize foundational learning paths Support for Development Programs: * Support onboarding, technical, and behavioral capacity-building programs * Assist internal communication of T&D initiatives Relationship and Support: * Address requests from employees and leaders * Support interaction with training vendors **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Pedagogy, Administration, or related fields. Prior experience in Training and Development, Human Resources, or related areas. Experience organizing and delivering trainings, supporting development programs, and managing indicators. Desirable knowledge of corporate learning methodologies and LMS platforms.
