**About the position** ---------------- We are looking for an experienced and proactive **IT Specialist** to work in a dynamic, high-performance (24/7\) environment. In this role, you will play a key part in **maintaining and evolving the IT infrastructure**, ensuring operational continuity—especially within a **live streaming** context. If you enjoy technical challenges, problem-solving, and want to work in a collaborative and innovative environment, this opportunity is for you! **Important:** This is also an affirmative action position for Persons with Disabilities (PwD). **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Monitor streaming equipment (encoders, scanners, desktops), ensuring high quality and availability * Manage support tickets and maintain critical infrastructure (encoders, switches, access points, etc.) * Test new applications in partnership with the development team prior to deployment * Collaborate with IT, audiovisual, and security teams to ensure network functionality * Ensure operation of encoders and media servers for live broadcasts * Rapidly identify and resolve technical issues, including replacing equipment when necessary * Administer workstations, user access, and incidents within SLA * Manage IT inventory, conduct audits, and liaise with vendors * Contribute to continuous infrastructure improvements and ensure information security **Requirements** -------------- ✅ Minimum of **3 years of experience** in technical support (hardware and software) ✅ Knowledge of **Windows and/or Linux** ✅ Experience with **Active Directory** ✅ Experience with networks (Wi\-Fi, switches, connectivity) ✅ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills ✅ Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills across departments ✅ Fluent English (spoken and written) ✅ Availability to work rotating shifts (24/7\ environment) **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Certifications in IT, networking, or systems * Experience with **streaming and broadcast equipment** **Why join ARRISE?** Here, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a global operation using advanced technologies, within a dynamic environment that values continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth.
