Check out more details about this opportunity below. **THE POSITION** We are looking for a **Senior Process Analyst**, who will join our **Head Office** team in **Guarulhos, SP**. The ideal candidate must have a hands-on profile, high energy, proactivity, strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and excellent written and verbal communication. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop new processes, machines, devices, and equipment together with the project development team; * Validate new or modified products in manufacturing processes, on the shop floor; * Prepare Work Instructions and process sheets for production; * Map activity flows and identify failures to establish problem-solving strategies; * Train personnel involved in new and revised processes; * Propose and implement continuous process improvement projects; * Work with KPIs and action plans; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Knowledge of SolidWorks, ISO 9001, ISO 14001; IATF 16949 is a plus; * Proven experience in at least one or more of the following production processes: laser cutting, bending, machining, manual and robotic welding; * Experience with tools such as APQP, FMEA, PPAP, VSM, Flowcharts, Kaizen, Lean, and MASP is a plus; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Shop-floor oriented and hands-on profile; **Additional Information** **What does Grupo Açotubo offer you?** * Transportation voucher (VT); * Health insurance (free for the employee); * Dental insurance; * Pharmacy benefit; * Meal voucher; * Food basket; * Newborn assistance; * Wedding assistance; * Funeral assistance; * Free access to courses offered by Universidade Açotubo (online); * Tuition assistance after 1 year of employment; * Birthday day-off after 1 year of employment (a full-day leave for birthday celebration—you deserve it); * Profit-sharing program (PPR), subject to achievement of individual goals; * Porto Seguro life insurance; * Gympass; Founded in 1974, Açotubo boasts the strongest technical and operational infrastructure in its sector.
