Implementation Analyst

Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and support the rollout of new PDVs, ensuring adherence to the established schedule and standards set by the franchisor. Provide updates on the opening timeline to both the back office and franchisees. * Serve as the liaison between internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and required quality. * Monitor critical points in the process and escalate corrective actions for immediate or future resolution. * Organize and lead alignment meetings with franchisees, facilitating clarification sessions and strategic support. * Develop and enhance implementation standards, processes, and methodologies. * Participate in live sessions for franchisees. * Propose improvements to internal documentation within the Implementation area. * Act as the primary contact point with suppliers for implementation matters. Requirements: * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. * Excellent command of Brazilian Portuguese (written and verbal). * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and capacity to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines. * Experience in implementation and/or project management. * Proactivity, sense of urgency, and a solution-oriented mindset when handling critical situations.
