Integrated collaboration with various teams An Information Technology services company is seeking a Systems Analyst in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Provide system support, including handling, analyzing, and resolving incidents. Design, update, and manage dashboards and reports in Power BI. Support internal departments with data analysis and administrative reporting. Monitor requests, organize priorities, and assist in task distribution. Collaborate integrally with various teams and stakeholders. Previous experience as a Systems Developer, Software Engineer, Systems Programmer, or Systems Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
