Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields * Experience in mapping and improving processes in construction projects or engineering design * Familiarity with construction methods and site routines * Knowledge of planning and control * Experience with performance indicators (schedule, cost, productivity, and quality) * Proficiency in Excel Advantages * Experience with public contracts or concessionaires * Experience in infrastructure or transportation projects * Knowledge of quality management and process standardization Experience with Power BI * Main Responsibilities * Map and review construction and administrative processes * Develop flowcharts, procedures, and work instructions * Define operational standards and support continuous improvement * Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements * Collaborate with technical teams to ensure operational organization and efficiency
