Communication with business areas and external partners **Position:** Senior Systems Analyst **Employment Type:** CLT or PJ **Work Mode:** Remote **Work Location:** Remote **Education:** Completed Bachelor's Degree in IT **Mandatory Requirements / Technologies / Required Knowledge** **Main Responsibilities:** **Position Description:** Support systems related to payments, receipts, and portability of INSS benefits; Monitor application performance, identify issues, and proactively resolve incidents; Analyze logs, perform technical diagnostics, and propose continuous improvement solutions; Maintain constant communication with business areas, development, infrastructure, and external partners; Document processes, incidents, and maintenance routines; Ensure SLA compliance and adherence to governance best practices. **Technical Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; Prior experience supporting financial, banking, or payment systems; Familiarity with monitoring and log analysis tools; Experience with incident handling, resolution, and failure prevention procedures; Strong communication skills and experience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban). Technical Knowledge and Tools SQL knowledge for queries, data adjustments, and analysis; Experience with REST APIs (usage, testing, and integration); Use of tools such as Postman or Insomnia for API testing and validation; Familiarity with database clients (e.g., DBeaver, SQL Developer, DataGrip or similar); Desirable knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, or Dynatrace.
