Injection Molding Machine Setup Technician

Job Summary: A professional responsible for setting up and adjusting injection molding machines, performing adjustments, inspecting product quality, and assisting in maintenance activities. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with various polymers and maintenance of injection molding machines. 2. Adjustment and tuning of injection molding machines. 3. Training of operators and guidance toward production and quality targets. Set up and adjust injection molding machines according to production demand. Perform adjustments and mold changes during the process. Inspect the quality of produced parts. Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Clean and maintain machines and equipment to avoid downtime caused by mechanical issues. Train injection molding machine operators on basic adjustments. Guide operators regarding production and product quality targets. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area. Report any machine malfunction issues. Must have experience with the following polymers (ABS, PC, PMMA, PA, PEAD, PP, P.S, PET). Knowledge of injection molding machine maintenance.
