Job Summary: We are seeking an Access Control Analyst to govern access and identities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry best practices in Information Security. Key Highlights: 1. Govern access and identity governance in Information Security. 2. Apply and monitor segregation of duties (SoD). 3. Drive continuous improvement in access control processes. We are looking for an Access Control Analyst to join our Information Security team. This role is responsible for ensuring access and identity governance, guaranteeing compliance with internal policies and industry best practices. * Key Responsibilities Manage the access and identity lifecycle; Conduct periodic access reviews; Support audit and internal control processes; Apply and monitor segregation of duties (SoD); Lead continuous improvement initiatives for access control processes; Participate in security policy governance and compliance. * Technical Requirements Solid knowledge of RBAC (Role\-Based Access Control) and least privilege policies; Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, and IGA tools; Understanding of authentication and federation mechanisms, such as MFA (Multifactor Authentication), SSO (Single Sign\-On), SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect; Experience applying segregation of duties (SoD). * Behavioral Competencies Organization and attention to detail; Strong communication and collaboration skills; Analytical ability and results orientation; Commitment to Information Security culture. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
