At Inbrands, you will find a diverse environment grounded in respect and empathy.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Construct pilot garments following technical specifications, under guidance from the pattern-making team. * Operate industrial sewing machines including straight stitch, overlock, bias binder, buttonholer, zigzag, and others. * Work with various fabric types, including linen, cotton poplin, silk, among others. * Interpret technical specifications and identify the correct garment assembly sequence. * Ensure quality, precision, and excellent finishing in all constructed garments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as a Pilot Tailor / Pilot Seamstress; * Proficiency in sewing machines including straight stitch, bias binder, buttonholer, and overlock; * Knowledge of various fabrics including silk, viscose, cotton poplin, knits, fleece, and lightweight fleece; * Ability to interpret technical specifications and basic knowledge of pattern-making; * Attention to detail and exceptional technical skills; * Ability to work collaboratively and follow precise instructions; * Strong communication skills **Additional Information** Flexible working hours (arrival between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM; departure between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM); on Fridays, you may leave one hour earlier to kick off your weekend; Medical assistance including coverage for dependents; Dental assistance; Life insurance fully covered by the company, because we value your safety; Flexibility to choose between meal voucher or food allowance; For those who prefer bringing lunch from home, we provide a comfortable, fully equipped space; For weekend leisure, we have a partnership with SESC; For those constantly pursuing new knowledge, we partner with top universities; Love discounts?
