Good technical English (reading and writing); **Preferred qualification:** English conversation skills; **CERTIFICATIONS:** Juniper Networks Certified Associate (JNCIA) or higher HCIA-Routing & Switching or higher Desirable – Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher Preferred – MEF Carrier Ethernet Certified Professional (MEF-CECP) You will work as a Level 3 Network Analyst in our Network Operations Center (NOC). You will report directly to the department manager/coordinator, with occasional interactions with other company managers. You will act as the senior technical interface between the Network Operations Center (NOC) and IP Engineering departments, ensuring efficient and smooth execution of IP/MPLS network projects. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the deployment and configuration of network equipment, in accordance with technologies and technical standards defined by IP Engineering. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving infrastructure issues beyond the scope of Level 1 and Level 2 Support teams. You will contribute to enabling Level 1 and Level 2 Support teams to conduct incident diagnostics and resolutions while maintaining aggressive SLAs. You will provide N3-level expertise and support engagement to resolve requests and incidents, delivering a high level of service to customers. You will participate in selected industry events, representing the company and fostering networking with strategic partners, customers, and suppliers. You will serve as the technical reference for other NOC staff, inspiring them and promoting performance alignment across the department. You will collaborate with IP Engineering during Solution Prototyping, Proof of Concept (PoC), Method of Procedures (MoPs), Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs), and Site Configuration Procedures (SCPs). You will contribute to establishing operational processes for customer maintenance (service activation, support, and contract termination). You will lead the definition and execution of the customer connectivity roadmap (new features; improved coverage, capacity, performance, security, scalability, quality of service, customer experience; low cost-to-serve), aligned with IP Engineering’s directives. You will contribute to telecom network operations to implement business-critical improvements as directed by IP Engineering, proactively and reactively managing performance and QoS, security, etc. Optimize all dimensions of work through an efficient organization, appropriate administrative and technical processes and tools; focus on continuous improvement, proactive, humble, and benevolent collaboration within and outside the team, transparent reporting, and regular training.
