They will also serve as a bridge between technology and the editorial team, ensuring artificial intelligence prioritizes credibility and supports the development of the portal's special coverage. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support Editorial Strategy – Create and implement guidelines for curation, production, and personalization of Tela Portal’s journalistic content. * Ensure Content Quality and Consistency – Support news selection, text editing, and editorial line adherence, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and audience engagement. * Collaborate with Technology and AI Teams – Work closely with technical teams to enhance automated curation, content ranking and personalization, as well as develop the portal’s special coverage. * Analyze Data and Optimize Content Strategies – Monitor engagement and audience metrics to adapt editorial sections, formats, and editorial approaches according to audience interests. **What You Need to Have:** * Content Editing and Curation – Experience in journalistic writing, editing, and revision, ensuring quality and alignment with editorial guidelines. * SEO and Audience Strategies – Knowledge of search engine optimization, keyword positioning, and digital distribution techniques. * Content Metrics and Analytics – Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Chartbeat, or Parse.ly to track content performance. * Completed undergraduate degree. * Advanced English (Preferred). * Availability to work 100% on-site at Faria Lima \- SP.
