Analytical and proactive profile to identify and automate bottlenecks **About the Role** Grupo Presença is looking for a Developer with solid experience in process automation, system integrations, and operational efficiency optimization, working on the development of intelligent and scalable workflows. **Technical Requirements** * Experience with **Node.js** * Experience building and consuming **REST APIs** * Knowledge of **SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, optimization)** * Experience with **webhooks and system integrations** * Hands-on experience with **process automation / RPA / scripting** * Knowledge of **middleware / service orchestration** * Familiarity with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar) *(preferred)* **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with platforms such as **Make, Zapier, n8n or similar** * Integrations with WhatsApp, CRMs, or financial systems * Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure or GCP) **Behavioral Profile** * Analytical and efficiency-oriented mindset * Proactivity in identifying bottlenecks and automating processes * Strong communication skills with business areas Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree * TotalPass gym membership program * Paid annual leave * Telemedicine * Birthday Day Off * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Home assistance and appliance assistance
