We are looking for a **Junior Python Developer** (ANL Junior Programmer) **Job Mission** Develop and maintain digital products, supporting the team in technical and business requirements, with emphasis on continuous learning, code quality, and professional growth. The professional will contribute to building solutions under the guidance of more experienced developers. **Main Responsibilities** Develop and maintain features of digital products using sound software engineering practices, with team supervision. Support technical analysis and implementation of pre-defined solutions. Contribute to system maintenance and evolution, integrations, and APIs. Assist in identifying and fixing bugs and incidents in applications. Collaborate with the development team and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment. Participate in agile ceremonies (dailies, plannings, reviews, and retrospectives). Seek continuous learning, applying feedback for technical and professional improvement. Requirements: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or related fields. **Technical Requirements:** Up to 2 years of backend development experience with Python (including internships or academic projects). **Expected Knowledge:** Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python. Familiarity with at least one Python framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI). Basic knowledge of SQL and data modeling. Understanding of REST API development and consumption. Basic knowledge of Git and source code versioning. Initial interest and exposure to agile methodologies. **Desirable:** Courses, certifications, or bootcamps in software development. **Advantages:** Academic or practical experience with cloud platforms. Basic understanding of CI/CD. Initial exposure to microservices or messaging systems.
