Job Summary: The External Traffic Inspector will be responsible for monitoring scheduled trips, controlling operators, managing fleet performance indicators, and verifying vehicle conditions to ensure compliance and safety. Below are some details: Responsibilities: Trip Control: Monitor scheduled line trips and ensure they occur within the scheduled time; Operator Control: Ensure drivers and conductors record scheduled entries, meals, and departures according to their shifts; Indicator Management: ICF (Fleet Compliance Index), ICV (Trip Compliance Index), IPP (Departure Punctuality Index); Vehicle Conditions: Responsible for verifying vehicle conditions regarding maintenance status, safety equipment, lighting, and other items subject to RESAM penalties (checklist). \*Flexible working hours and shift availability required (will work on a 6-day-on/1-day-off schedule\). \*High school diploma required.
