Preparation and review of technical projects and documentation Execute civil engineering, infrastructure, and airport operations projects, monitoring implementation and adherence to defined schedules, budgets, and scopes; analyzing and executing projects and technical reviews; and providing integrated support to quality and sustainability processes. Contributing to ensure technical compliance, quality, and adherence to regulatory standards, with the objective of protecting people and promoting legal security for the company, as well as disseminating and monitoring employees regarding policies, guidelines, and procedures of the Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Management Systems. * Prepare technical specifications, descriptive memoranda, budgets, and technical drawings using software such as AutoCAD and other modeling tools. * Support the analysis of technical and economic feasibility of projects, while ensuring that projects and construction works comply with national and international technical standards, including ABNT \- Brazilian Association of Technical Standards and other regulatory bodies. * Monitor activities related to multidisciplinary project coordination, participating in licensing processes with regulatory and environmental agencies. * Prepare and review construction and project schedules using specialized tools, ensuring adherence to established phases. * Monitor the execution of civil engineering and infrastructure projects, inspecting deadlines, resources, and quality standards. * Develop periodic technical reports presenting project status, index analysis, and improvement recommendations. * Collaborate in the implementation and maintenance of Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems according to ISO standards (9001, 14001, and 45001\). * Conduct regular technical site visits to monitor operational conditions, verify progress, and support resolution of technical issues. * Interact with third parties, such as suppliers and contractors, to align deliverables and validate scopes. * Monitor internal and external audits and collaborate in implementing identified corrective actions. * Address non-conformities and reduce process risks, handling non-conformities related to assigned activities, identifying hazards and assessing risks associated with airport operations, complying with current standards, and fulfilling, monitoring, and recording compliance with applicable legal requirements. * Participate in accident investigations, collecting information and recording it in specific forms; monitor and participate in QSMA (Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment) committee activities; and prepare records in specific minutes.
