Read more and apply today! **Your new role** As our Digital Communications Coordinator, you'll be the strategic force behind our institutional channels in Brazil—leading everything from tone of voice to performance analytics. This role demands someone who can operate at pace in a highly regulated environment while never losing sight of what makes digital content compelling. Your responsibilities will include: * Leading 360º digital strategy for our social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram) and corporate website, setting the tone and direction for how we show up online; * Coordinating agencies and creative partners with a relentless focus on excellence, managing vendor relationships and media budgets with full accountability; * Transforming performance metrics and data into actionable business insights that drive real impact; * Curating and overseeing digital content creation, ensuring alignment with our Corporate Visual Identity and brand voice across all touchpoints; * Acting as the bridge between multidisciplinary internal teams—from local Brazil stakeholders to regional and global colleagues in Denmark; * Monitoring social listening and digital trends to anticipate engagement opportunities and proactively manage potential issues; * Implementing agile methodologies and bringing new digital languages into a highly regulated sector; * Hybrid work arrangement (3\-4 days per week in the office). **Your new department** Within our Brazil operations, the Communications team plays a vital role in connecting our purpose and innovation to diverse audiences—from patients and healthcare professionals to digital influencers and technology partners. You'll work in a collaborative, fast\-paced environment where your strategic thinking will help shape how we engage with one of our most important markets. Your skills and qualifications We're looking for a senior communications professional who is a true "hard user" of social media—someone with the digital fluency of a creator and the strategic maturity to navigate a complex, regulated environment. You'll bring: * High\-level understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and what makes content perform in the digital space; * Proven track record managing agencies and creative partners, with the ability to bring out the best in creative teams while maintaining excellence; * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to ground decisions in data and transform metrics into business insights; * Professional maturity and high emotional intelligence to manage pressure, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities with grace; * Fluency in English and the agility to think creatively when solving problems in real\-time; * Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or Advertising (specialization or master's degree in Digital Marketing or Digital Communication is a plus). **Working at Novo Nordisk** Every day we seek the solutions that defeat serious chronic diseases.
