This is a fundamental role to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees on our construction sites. The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of occupational safety regulations and practical experience implementing preventive and protective measures. As an Occupational Safety Technician, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring workplace safety programs. This includes risk assessment, development of safe operating procedures, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with local and national regulations. Additionally, you will train and guide employees on safe practices, promote a safety culture, and respond to safety incidents when necessary. Experience in construction projects is a plus, as is the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across all hierarchical levels. The candidate must demonstrate analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Risk Management:** Develop and implement risk management plans at construction sites. * **Inspection:** Inspect workstations, facilities, and equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations (**NR-18**, NR-35, NR-10, etc.). * **Training:** Conduct onboarding for new employees, Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS), and specific accident prevention training. * **Documentation:** Maintain up-to-date documents such as PGR, PCMAT, and LTCAT, and manage the delivery and validity of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). * **Investigation:** Analyze causes of incidents and accidents, proposing immediate corrective and preventive actions. * **Auditing:** Support expert evaluations and inspections conducted by competent authorities. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety. * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). * Solid knowledge of regulatory standards applicable to civil construction. * Proactive profile, strong communication skills for interacting with field teams, and an analytical mindset. * \[Optional] Prior experience in large-scale construction projects or concrete wall systems. **What We Offer:** * **Salary:** Competitive with the role and market standards. * **Meals:** \[Specify whether it is VR, VA, or on-site meals]. * **Transportation:** Transportation Allowance.
