Then Gentil Negócios is the place for you! **\#JoinGentil!** **You at Gentil:** * Greet dealers at dealer spaces and through digital channels; * Build and nurture relationships with dealers; * Provide in-person and telephone support to the Dealership Team at the Customer Service Center; * Convert new dealers and reactivate inactive/deactivated dealers; * Monitor orders placed via WhatsApp and phone calls; * Verify and maintain up-to-date product pricing according to the current cycle; * Train dealers on using the app to view new releases and place orders; * Conduct sales with a focus on upselling techniques; * Register new dealers and keep their data updated in the system; * Record sales in Gera for products purchased by dealers and verify applicable discounts; * Maintain physical spaces clean and organized according to the provided planogram; * Participate in available training sessions; * Pick and invoice orders originating from the Customer Service Center; * Study new product launches for each cycle; * Reconcile issued invoices with the cashier; * Support delivery of dealer orders (delivery service); * Contribute to improving IAF performance indicators; * Ship orders originating from the Customer Service Center; * Prospect new dealers in the field or via telephone outreach—plan and conduct visits; * Follow up on overdue payments from customers via bank slip (boleto bancário); * Use the Supervisor’s app to monitor goal progress; * Track key dealer metrics: active, lapsed, delinquent, inactive, and newly onboarded; * Manage dealers assigned to the Customer Service Center. **Here’s what we require from you:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—Basic level. **What sets you apart:** * Experience in customer service; * Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry. **And here at Gentil, we also offer you:** * Care for your **health**!
