We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive professionals for the position of Refrigeration Technical Assistant. What you will do: * Perform maintenance and installation of refrigeration equipment. * Maintain cleanliness and replace components in the machinery room. * Replace refrigerants and monitor system operation via software. * Assist in repairs and preventive maintenance of cold rooms. * Handle materials and operate mobile platforms safely. * Ensure proper disposal of waste and proper care of work equipment. * And other duties relevant to the position. What we expect from you: * Incomplete elementary education. * Experience in air conditioning and refrigeration system maintenance and installation. * Driver's license category B and confidence to drive, with availability for travel between stores and cities. * Knowledge of industrial refrigeration circuits is a plus. * Full focus on safety, always using personal protective equipment (PPE). * Collaborative profile, eager to learn and grow together with the team. ✨ Join a company that grows with people! \#VemProBahamas!
