Focus on safe driving practices and vehicle maintenance **JOB OPENING – Driver (Category E)** We are hiring a Driver with a Category E driver's license to transport freight using heavy-duty vehicles, ensuring safety, route compliance, and safe driving practices. **Responsibilities** * Operate tractor-trailers, B-doubles, road trains, or articulated trucks * Transport freight according to established routing schedules * Verify cargo documentation * Assist in loading and unloading processes when necessary * Conduct daily vehicle inspections (tires, brakes, lights, oil, coolant level, etc.) * Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition * Comply with traffic regulations, safety standards, and company policies * Record trips, mileage, and incidents **Requirements** * Valid Category E driver's license * Proven experience in this license category * MOPP certification (if handling hazardous materials) * Knowledge of routes, roads, and defensive driving techniques * Willingness to travel (if applicable) * Responsibility and punctuality **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with dry van trailers, flatbeds, side loaders, tankers, bulk carriers, or refrigerated units * Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and route planning applications Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.903,78 per month Experience: * Driver (Mandatory) License/Certification: * National Driver's License – Category E (Mandatory)
