**Quality Analyst** **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor suppliers during audits, non-conformance handling, and continuous improvement projects; * Prepare monthly performance reports based on quality indicators; * Issue SCARs (Supplier Corrective Action Requests) and ensure effectiveness of proposed corrective actions; * Conduct audits according to technical visit schedules for improvement validation; * Review and approve PPAP documentation with suppliers; * Participate in technical meetings, providing assessments on material and service quality; * Support evaluation and development of new suppliers in collaboration with the procurement team; and * Perform other duties related to the role. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, Production, Logistics, or Industrial Technology; * Organizational skills and process orientation; * Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, FMEA, etc.); * Experience with PPAP, audits, and quality indicators; * Interpersonal communication skills; and * Prior experience in this role. **Attractive benefits and competitive salary aligned with market standards and internal policies.** Here, your talent drives innovation!
