Job Summary: The professional will guide, supervise, and resolve issues in perishables departments, manage private-label product production, serve customers, and oversee the department's team. Manage the department's team and scheduling **Prior work experience required.** Responsibilities: Guide, supervise, and resolve issues related to the perishables department (frozen and dairy products); Monitor private-label product production processes; Customer service; Manage department scheduling, arrange substitutions as needed, execute checklists, and fulfill all requests from supervision and commercial teams; Supervise department staff and handle department-related matters. Schedule: Monday through Saturday (Sundays off).
