An opportunity for those who enjoy sales, challenges, and working with targets Main Responsibilities * Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs and offering optimal solutions. * Sell TIM's portfolio of plans, services, smartphones, accessories, and other products. * Achieve individual and store performance targets. * Prospect new customers and execute initiatives to generate sales. * Execute post\-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Maintain store organization and proper product display. * Register sales and customer records in company systems, following internal processes. * Participate in training sessions and commercial campaigns. Requirements * Completed high school education.
