This role is for a leader who supervises and coordinates a unit's team and activities, ensuring performance, resolving issues, and developing personnel, all within a transformative sports and fitness environment.

**Purpose**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Supervise and coordinate the unit's team and activities
* Prepare reports and update reports with unit indicators and performance
* Monitor unit performance indicators and evaluate the team collectively and individually
* Participate in, monitor, and resolve (where possible) items assessed during internal audits
* Conduct periodic meetings with the team (sales consultant, fitness consultant, gym coach, cleaning and maintenance)
* Monitor repair works and maintenance teams, including building, equipment, and cleaning.
* Conduct regional research on competitors
* Train and develop all team members and those from other units
* Deliver initial and refresher training for new members and existing team members
* Address and respond to all feedback received via NPS, Customer Service Center (SAC), website, social media, or in person from students—listening, evaluating, and deciding impartially
* Address and resolve conflicts with students
* Supervise the entire team's customer service
* Control inventory and supplies for the unit
* Coordinate all building and equipment maintenance, request quotations, and research best prices
* Interview and select candidates to join the team (when necessary)
* Participate in the onboarding process of new members, receive and verify admission documents for approved members, and forward them to accounting
* Manage the unit's electronic timekeeping system
* Assist in the unit's administrative processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, vacations, absences, time clock registration, work schedules, payroll closing, etc.
* Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and order in the workplace
* Perform other related tasks as required by operational needs and guidance from the immediate supervisor.
**Education Requirement**
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Business Administration, Business Management, or Human Resources Management.
