The professional will be responsible for IT support, equipment and access management, and technological assistance to employees within an agricultural credit intelligence hub.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Deliver Tier 1 support to employees (on-site and remote);
* Prepare and configure equipment for new employees (IT onboarding);
* Manage the equipment fleet: inventory, asset tracking, maintenance, and hardware decommissioning (IT offboarding);
* Manage access rights: creation, modification, and revocation of accounts across corporate systems and platforms;
* Control physical and logical access to IT resources;
* Support corporate tools: Microsoft 365, internal systems, and SaaS platforms;
* Log and track service requests, ensuring documentation and traceability of all support activities;
* Provide basic network and connectivity support (Wi\-Fi, VPN, microcomputing, hardware/software);
* Provide operational technology support for corporate meetings and events;
**WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU**
* Prior experience in corporate IT support;
* Knowledge of **Microsoft 365** (user administration, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive);
* Experience with equipment management and control;
* Familiarity with Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, and iOS operating systems;
* Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN;
* Foundational information security knowledge (firewalls, hardening, vulnerability analysis and remediation);
* Proactive, organized profile with strong user-centric service orientation;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Differentiators:
* Familiarity with information security practices and LGPD;
* Prior knowledge of environment hardening (CIS Controls Benchmark);
* Experience with service request management tools;
* ITIL;
* ITSM;
* Microsoft certifications (Azure, Intune, Security, SharePoint)
