**Project Engineer**
We are seeking a Project Engineer to develop and manage solutions focused on additive application (coating, incorporation, mixing, and stabilization) in fertilizers, with emphasis on operational efficiency and industrial innovation.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Develop and manage additive application projects (coating, incorporation, mixing, and stabilization);
* Define technical specifications for equipment and processes (dosing, mixing, coating, and injection systems);
* Conduct and monitor industrial and pilot tests, evaluating performance and results;
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes (efficiency, costs, and standardization);
* Collaborate with Production, Quality, R&D, Procurement, and Sales departments;
* Provide technical support to customers and the sales team;
* Prepare technical reports, procedures, and project documentation;
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards;
* Manage project schedules, budgets, and scope (CAPEX and OPEX).
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields;
* Experience in industrial processes (fertilizer industry experience is a plus);
* Knowledge of pump and piping sizing;
* Experience in project management;
* Intermediate English proficiency (advanced level preferred);
* Willingness to travel.
