Description

Job Summary: Operate roller compactor in earthwork and paving to ensure proper compaction and stabilization of soil and asphalt layers. Key Highlights: 1. Operate plate-type roller compactor in earthwork and paving. 2. Ensure quality, leveling, and strength of constructed layers. 3. Collaborate with earthwork and paving teams. Operate smooth (non-vibratory) plate-type roller compactor in earthwork and paving activities, performing compaction and stabilization of soil, subgrade, sub-base, and asphalt surface course, ensuring quality, leveling, and strength of layers constructed on site. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate smooth (non-vibratory) plate-type roller compactor at earthwork and paving fronts. * Compact soil, subgrade, sub-base, and asphalt mixtures according to site technical instructions. * Control operating speed and pass overlap to ensure adequate compaction. * Conduct basic pre-operation equipment inspections. * Maintain equipment cleanliness, conservation, and proper operation. * Collaborate with earthwork and paving teams. * Comply with company safety regulations and operational procedures. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in this role. * Valid driver's license, minimum category **C**. * Full availability for travel and accommodation in company-provided lodging.
