Responsibilities and Duties: * Recruit professionals from the relevant field; * Implement and monitor staff retention related to shift schedules; * Process vacation closures and monitor potential absences among active staff on the schedule; * Assist in locating active staff assigned to the schedule; * Maintain the IW system updated on a daily basis. Prerequisites and Qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Minimum six months of experience in this role; * Familiarity with the IW system.
