Transforming data into strategic insights **Key Responsibilities:** \- Analyze business performance data and prepare reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities \- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of corporate strategies and initiatives \- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and deliver actionable insights that support decision-making \- Propose and implement solutions to optimize processes and increase operational efficiency \- Monitor and analyze project and initiative performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement \- Provide technical support and guidance to teams on using Business Intelligence and data analysis tools **Required Qualifications:** \- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields \- Proven experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence, and process optimization \- Solid knowledge of data visualization tools, SQL, and programming (Python, R, etc.) \- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform data into strategic insights \- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating technical insights into meaningful information for leadership \- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on generating innovative solutions \- Familiarity with agile methodologies and best practices in project management Differentiators: \- Advanced Excel proficiency \- Prior experience in financial analysis \- Prior experience in analyzing large volumes of data Additional Information: \- Employment type: On-site CLT \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:12 PM to 6:00 PM Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$9\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
