Job Summary: The Quality Technical Assistant develops, formats, and standardizes Quality Management System (QMS) documents and provides support to area processes. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a **Quality Technical Assistant** for our Belo Horizonte/MG office. This position aims to support the development, formatting, and standardization of AtkinsRéalis’ Quality Management System documents, as well as provide support to other activities and processes within the Quality area. **Key Responsibilities:** * Development, formatting, and standardization of manuals, procedures, templates, flowcharts, forms, and other documents comprising AtkinsRéalis’ Quality Management System; * Support to the Quality discipline in area processes through control, monitoring, and follow-up activities, including recordkeeping and document development. **Skills and Knowledge:** * Technical or undergraduate studies preferably underway in Engineering, Quality, Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in document formatting and development, particularly in Word and Excel formats; * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Intermediate English proficiency desirable.
