Manage fleet, drivers, and fuel control * Develop and implement logistics strategies for transportation. * Develop distribution plans and delivery route optimization. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), kilometers per route, and fuel consumption. * Responsible for creating driver shift schedules. * Responsible for monitoring trucks via GPS. * Responsible for controlling and verifying each fuel receipt. * Responsible for identifying which trucks received traffic violations and the respective drivers involved. * Responsible for transferring traffic violations to the driver's name when such violations are their responsibility. * Generate managerial reports and logistics dashboards. * Identify improvement opportunities based on operational data.
