Here, you will play a leading role in the association’s growth and in strengthening relationships with our members. **Main responsibilities** Analyze the profile of potential members to identify needs and opportunities, planning meetings to present the association’s products and services; Conduct lead outreach and conversion, presenting the benefits of membership and building strong relationships from the first contact; Perform consultative sales of products, services, events, and programs, promoting upselling and cross\-selling of value-adding solutions for members; Maintain and strengthen relationships with the existing member base, ensuring excellent service and continuous offering of new opportunities; Develop strategies and actions to achieve sales and acquisition targets, contributing to the association’s sustainable growth; Conduct in-person and telephone customer service, ensuring the association’s active market presence; Represent the association at internal and external events, acting as a brand ambassador; Collect market and member feedback, sharing insights with internal departments to continuously improve products and services; Collaborate closely with Marketing, Communications, and Services teams to ensure a consistent, member-aligned experience; Record and track sales activities and results in the management system, ensuring organized monitoring of goals; Perform other related duties as required by the department. Requirements: ✅ **Requirements:** Education: Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields.
