




**Description:** Register CNO, CAEFP via Ecac system. Conduct termination homologation at unions or companies Vacation control. Calculate 13th salary. Process payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, benefits, taxes and labor charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, UNION DUES etc.). Register new employees, employment contracts and terminations. Calculate severance payments and apply severance benefits according to current legislation. Manage and send periodic and non-periodic events to eSocial, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Prepare and submit obligations such as SEFIP, DCTFweb, PERDcomp, labor lawsuits (when applicable), DIRF, among others. Provide support and guidance to clients. Clarify labor and social security doubts. Monitor legislation regarding changes in collective bargaining agreements, labor laws, occupational health and safety, social security, and tax regulations to ensure proper application in department routines. Work will be on-site in the cities (Itumbiara\-GO; Monte Carmelo\-MG; Inaciolândia \- GO). Hybrid model at the Uberlândia \- MG unit. For other regions, work will be Home Office.
