Job Summary: A TIRE TECHNICIAN is responsible for replacing and repairing tires and inner tubes, as well as assisting in automotive maintenance services, aiming for professional growth and development. This TIRE TECHNICIAN position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development—if you are ready to take on new challenges and grow with us. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Replace, repair, and retread damaged or worn tire and inner tube components; monitor tire-related operations; operate service vehicles at work sites; requisition materials; record completed tasks—strictly in accordance with Work Instruction procedures. * Assist in automotive maintenance services compatible with your qualification level, as directed by your immediate supervisor. * Fixed-term employment contract. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma, * Defensive driving skills; knowledge of radial and diagonal tire maintenance procedures; ability to diagnose tire defects; basic understanding of automotive mechanics and electronics, * Availability to work rotating shifts (5 days on, 1 day off), * Driver's license category B or higher, * Residence in Iepê, Nantes, Narandiba, Pirapozinho, Porecatu, Taciba, and/or Tarabai. **Additional Information** Caring for those who work with us is part of our identity.
