




Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring and supervising the progress of field technicians' services, tracking productivity and performance. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis of operational systems related to alarms and maintenance MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor field technicians' service-related activities, including defect complaints and pending service requests Supervise the progress of field technicians' services, as well as guide technicians on timing, priorities, and service quality Track and act upon executed services, daily productivity, team performance, and quality indicators.
