OPEN POSITION – SECURITY GUARD We are hiring a Security Guard to work at a fixed post in the Cará\-Cará region – Ponta Grossa/PR. Work Location: Cará\-Cará – Ponta Grossa/PR Shift Schedule: 12 hours on / 36 hours off Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Compensation and Benefits: * Salary: R$ 2\.370,63 * Hazard Pay Allowance: 30% * Meal Voucher: R$ 52,09 * Fuel Voucher Main Responsibilities: * Conduct preventive and overt property security surveillance * Control the entry and exit of people, vehicles, and materials * Perform periodic patrols within the premises of the post * Ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and assets * Comply with security norms, procedures, and routines * Report incidents and maintain communication with the central monitoring station when necessary ✅ Mandatory Requirements: * Valid Security Guard Training Course certificate * Valid National Security Guard License (CNV) * Availability for the 12x36 shift schedule * Commitment, attentiveness, and professional demeanor Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in this role * Knowledge of property security routines Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
