We seek a strategic professional focused on results and experienced in managing sales teams, capable of structuring processes, developing people, and driving growth in the sales area. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and develop the sales team * Set sales targets and monitor team performance indicators * Structure, implement, and optimize the **sales funnel** * Monitor commercial results and propose strategies to improve performance * Conduct periodic team meetings to analyze results and align strategies * Develop commercial management methodologies and processes * Analyze sales data and metrics to support strategic decision-making * Implement recognition and incentive initiatives for the sales team * Identify market opportunities and propose corporate growth strategies ### **Requirements** * Completed bachelor's degree * Prior experience in **sales team management** * Experience with **target management, performance indicators, and sales funnel** * Knowledge of **sales and negotiation techniques** * Experience in **market analysis and commercial performance monitoring** ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in companies offering **remote concierge services, electronic security, facilities management, or condominium services** * Familiarity with the **condominium market** * Experience with **CRM systems and commercial management tools** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Driver's License: Class B
